These provide the shadow in the shadow puppet play. There are many characters representing the many aspects of humanity, violence, love, good and evil, beauty and ugliness, among others. They are made with great care from cowhide and bamboo. The bamboo is used to manipulate the characters from the story. Even though Wayang kulit performances are closely related to ceremonies, they also serve as popular entertainment. One member of Komin's family is a dalang (puppet master).

The baskets are woven with care from Lontar leaves in the traditional manner. They come in many shapes and sizes, from tiny to huge. They serve many household functions, as well as being decorative. Their many different forms are limited only by the creativeness of one's imagination.

The paintings focus on flowers and plants in the surrounding environment. The harmonic blending of colors emphasize the beauty of nature.
