Ligeti and Ockeghem - The Music of Transcendence

This dissertation examines the similar musical interests between early and new music composers.  Dissertation includes an in-depth analysis of György Ligeti’s Requiem (Introitus and Kyrie) and Johannes Ockeghem’s Marian Motets (Intemerata Dei mater).
