WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE SOUND? (2006)
Wall, chalk pastels, sonic imagination.

So many people are afraid of museums and galleries; not sure what they are supposed to think or do; unsure of how to behave; resentful of an entirely one-way flow of creativity. During my residency in Trinidad, Colorado, I decided to invert that relationship. For one month every visitor to the gallery was asked to write or draw their favorite sound on a wall of sounds. It became impossible to walk past the wall without hearing a field of dreams.
